I focus on design infrastructure — not just the components and tokens, but the entire ecosystem that makes a design system work in practice. That means deep Figma craft, deliberate component architecture, and the documentation, tooling, and education that drives real adoption.

At GitHub I was core maintainer of Primer's Figma implementation. At Duolingo I led the design system team. In both cases, the work that mattered most wasn't the components themselves — it was the thinking behind them.

My goal is always the same: the design team I work with should feel supported, empowered, and productive.
